Delete your TRIVELA account

Two ways to do this. The first is immediate; the second is for people who no longer have the app installed.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself, in the app (immediate)

This is the fastest and most secure route, because you are already signed in and no one has to verify who you are.

  1. Open TRIVELA and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Legal & Compliance → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email (no app required)

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us:

We only act on requests sent from the account's own registered address. This is deliberate: it stops anyone from deleting another person's account by simply knowing their email. If we cannot match the sending address to an account, we will reply asking for verification rather than delete anything.

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

What happens to your team

If you captain a team, captaincy passes automatically to the most senior remaining member. If you were the team's only member, the team is archived. A team is never left without an administrator.

What is not deleted. Uploaded profile photos and team crests remain hosted at Cloudinary and are not removed automatically — ask us in your email and we will delete them manually. Match, fixture and tournament records are retained, because they form part of other players' and teams' historical results.
